• To elimitate cutting in and out and sound robotic cause by transmission interrupttion with your WIFI & bluetooth device , please : 1) Try using cable internet connection for console / PC 2) Limited the use of bluetooth devices 3) You can change the transmission frequency of the headset & transmitter by re-pairing the headset with transmitter : a) disconnect power cable of transmitter b) power off headset c) power on headset again d) press pairing button on headset ( at this moment , keep transmitter disconnect with power ) , headset will search for transmitter , keep pressing pairring button until pair with transmitter e) connect transmitter with power f) pairing complete when both led of headset & transmitter become solid blue g) transmission frequency will change and will be different from your wifi
